Good reasons:

Why Germany is a good place to buy property!

The former East German state that is now reunited with the former West Germany has a wealth of real estate that is progressively being recognised by the rest of Europe and the western world as being hugely undervalued. Your property is protected by a solid legal system.

Due to this fact foreign investment is literally pouring into the reunified states of Germany, many investors are taking advantage of the excellent value for money of properties available. In addition there is a considerable up turn in the German economy and has not changed since the "credit crunch in 2007".

As a place to invest Germany has several other advantages over many of the traditional second home and foreign investment destinations people are already familiar with. Unlike some of these countries Germany is in the EU and has been since the beginning. Germany is a member of the G7, and is Europs largest economy, with a population of 82 million.

The German government has been pumping funds into the former East German part of the country ensuring that the infrastructure is as complete as the rest of Germany. This means that although there are some great value properties for sale the road and rail networks are all up to date, modern and efficient. Hence, resulting in a growing economy.

Travelling around in Germany is easy. This combined with budget flights form operators such as Ryanair, Easy Jet and Air Berlin means it is cheap enough and straight forward enough to fly over and visit a second home more than ever before.

Germany is a large country with a great deal to offer in the way of attractions, scenery and culture. It has mountains with ski resorts and splendid coast lines, and has to north of Berlin one Europs largest lake districts. Germany borders eleven neighbouring countries, so the diverse cultural influence is ever present.

The key reson to still buy in Germany is that the property prices are still stable and has not gone down like in other countries.
